Saint Archangel Uriel
He is often depicted with a book or papyrus roll (for his wisdom). Uriel is a patron of the Arts, and is described by Milton as "the spirit with the sharpest sight in all of Heaven". In John Milton's Book Three of Paradise Lost, Uriel, in office in the orbit of the Sun, takes the role of God's eye, but unknowingly guides Satan, a fallen angel, to the newly created Earth.
